Aaron Whitfield offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Planned Markdown Pro. If the tool is not right for your season, request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. Request one at paddle.net using the email on your receipt, or email us at [email protected] and we will help. Paddle handles billing enquiries and returns; we handle questions about the product itself.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid features stay available until the end of the period you already paid for. Refund requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed case by case with Paddle, for example where a renewal was charged in error.
